The first snowfall in NYC today had me thinking about this luminous look, makeup artist Polly Osmond, created on model Ginta Lapina for W Magazine.  I, for one, plan on embracing pale winter skin by using a highlighter on the cheekbones and brow bones to create a natural lit from within glow.
